Rusty Keith
Owner / General Manager
A former professional outfielder in the Oakland Athletics organization (1998-2003), Rusty brings high-level playing experience and a passion for developing the next generation of athletes at Diamond Development Center.
Dominic Bouvier
Head Coach
A proven college baseball coach with head coaching experience at El Paso Community College and the Ozark Generals, Dominic has guided teams to three top-20 national finishes in hitting and helped 15 players sign professional contracts or get drafted in the MLB amateur draft. He also served as Associate Scouting Director for the Tampa Bay Rays organization.

Drew Zmuda
Pitching Instructor & Coach
A Boise native and former #1-ranked high school prospect in Idaho by Perfect Game, Drew was a standout at Capital High School where he helped lead the Eagles to a 5A State Championship. He went on to pitch at the NCAA Division I level at Grand Canyon University, earning his first D1 win against UNLV, and continued at UT Rio Grande Valley and the College of Southern Idaho. Drew also competed in the West Coast League with the Port Angeles Lefties and Bend Elks.
